I found the staff genuinely kind and helpful. The hotel boasts a superb location with many restaurants nearby. The junior suite I stayed in had huge windows that opened onto the active street. It was very pleasant.
The television in my room seemed a bit outdated.

The hotel is near plenty of cafes and patisseries. A great choice of restaurants are accessible. Starting the morning with a croissant and macarons enhanced my experience.

the staff was amazing and gave such a warm welcome , especially ines, who ensured our needs were met. the night shift gentleman was also helpful and kind. the location offered walking distance to most key attractions. gare de l'est was nearby.

the location was superb, within walking distance of major attractions.. the staff were helpful and friendly. my room included necessities such as a coffee machine, which i found very useful.
i noticed the rooms were a bit warm, we needed to keep the windows open, letting in some street noise.

the location were fantastic, very close to main attractions. the bathroom were big, i could move around easily. they gave jasmine smell at the door, i were actually surprised.
the shower are little bit tiny. it were hard to stand up straight in it.
